Investing into developing the brand concepts for retail as well as for franchise, has been one of the strategical focuses for Baltika Group. The Visual Retailing solutions will play an important role to visually support the store communication processes going forward.  After a research on all the types of solutions that are available in the market to manage the ideal process of Visual Merchandising, MockShop was the perfect fit for the Baltika Group.

Using MockShop, the users can virtually manage different layouts from their PC to see exactly how the collection and the fixtures will look like in the store from the shopper’s point of view. They simply drag elements out of a collection and drop them onto a fixture. With a mouse click, the clothes are automatically arranged on hangers or folded for placement on a shelf or display table. Once the retail space has been optimized, the user sends the planogram to the store staff. This eliminates any risk of misunderstandings about where products should be placed and minimizes the time needed by shop staff to display a new collection, enabling them to concentrate on selling the clothes.

The Visual Merchadising team leaded by Riikka Merikanto, will use the MockShop solution to decrease the manual workload activities and increase more and better Visual Merchandising Guidelines for the stores.
