The personal data we collect & the primary purpose for collection

Visual retailing can process your personal data because you use our services and / or because you have provided this information to us. For example, you can provide us with your personal data when communicating with us, if you wish to receive further information about our services, if you wish to apply for a position within our organization or if you want to do business with us. Correcting, Updating or Removing Your Personal Information

Visual Retailing will make every attempt to keep your personal data accurate, complete and up to date. If your personal information is incorrect, changes, or if you no longer wish to receive information from Visual Retailing, we will endeavour to correct, update or remove your information as swiftly as possible. You can do this by sending a specified request to info@visualretailling.com . In order to ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity document with the request. In this copy, the passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number have to be made black. This is to protect your privacy. Visual retailing will respond to your request as soon as possible, but in any case within four weeks.

Data Storage and Retention

The personal data we hold is stored on Visual Retailing Servers and on the servers of cloud based database management services.. The starting point for the storage of personal data is that all data is not saved longer than necessary. Visual Retailing will therefore retain personal data for no longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data are collected. With the exception of this, the data that we have to keep longer because the law obliges us to do so.
